    Took my car here for the first time the other day and they for sure have my business now. I was greeted with enthusiasm and a bottle of water by Jonathon. Very polite and really tried to help me understand the importance of things without being pushy. His attitude and charisma alone solidified my business. Great place overall!

    Highly reccomend Strickland's on Market in Ogden. Most efficient state inspection I ever did have! Super friendly staff, Jonathan was awesome. They are conveniently open 7 days a week no appointment needed!

    Had oil changed here last week of January. Discovered oil leaking out today, hadn't driven that much since oil change. Called them to ask if perhaps a chance of plug or gasket not replaced!?! They asked me where I was and came right to me to see if their service might of caused it, I'm assuming, and was very surprised they were there in 15min and looking to see/ck if all was good and it was. It wasn't anything to their doing and actually pointed out what it could be. It was not their fault/something they didn't do and I realllllly appreciated the professionalism and going out of their way to assist me and not just blowing me off/telling me to come to them(which I would have if felt was ok to drive it). I always go here for my oil changes & inspections and staff is always friendly & helpful. Love the new girl working(young AA lady) there now & she was so nice & loved watching her do just as the guys do! Seemed to enjoy her line of work:) Thanks Jonathan for making trip out in rain today to keep your customers happy & returning!!👍😀👍🤗

    Brought my car in to the shop on Monday after the big snowstorm in Wilmington NC. My brother raved about The Shop and getting his oil changed and how much he loved the people. I met Johnathan and Brianna tonight. Rachel took care of my car. They were the only oil shop open in town And they are very knowledgeable. Really educated me on my vehicle and how to best protect it. Fantastic service and I’ll be back love this place
