John, the lead technician, is clearly a true expert in connectivity, smart home systems, and AV technology. His depth of knowledge was evident from the moment he arrived, and his calm, professional demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. John and Roger spent a full day installing five Sonos amps, a complete Wi-Fi mesh network, a Frame TV, an 85” TV with a full Sonos surround system, and outdoor speakers. Throughout the installation, John communicated every step of the way—explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how everything would work together. That level of transparency and attention to detail made a huge difference. The final setup looks and performs flawlessly. Their workmanship, care, and pride in what they do truly set them apart. I would highly recommend Soundtronics—and especially John and Roger—to anyone looking for top-tier expertise and service. Outstanding team and outstanding results.
