She took the extra step to explain as much detail as possible on how the appointment would go, the windshield, type and composite, and answered a few other concerns I had. Hayley was able to offer a discount before I finished setting the appointment. The day of the appointment, the Technician , Lewis, was excellent, as he arrived several hours early. This was very beneficial to me planning the remainder of my day. Lewis explained the details on site, the repair, and what he needed from me. Shortly after the repair began, Lewis immediately notified me that the new windshield had a small scratch towards the bottom left just above the VIN view opening. He informed me on my options, and I offered for a price reduction, and continue the windshield repair, which he was able to get worked out with Safelite. The scratch is small, on the outside of window, and does not interfere or void the warranty of the windshield repair. After Lewis completed the repair, the new windshield looked great, Lewis did a fantastic windshield repair on my vehicle, I am a satified customer. I recommend the Safelite in Wilmington, NC, great staff from my experience.
