He did a high-quality job and my window looks better than it did before! This location is super convenient, right off of Highway 17. It is situated right at the front of a beautiful neighborhood so me and my baby were able to take a stroll while they worked on my car. The waiting room was also very comfortable with ample games and coloring for kids! They also had a vending machine in case we got a little snacky. Thank you, Safeway! Will be recommending you guys to Friends and family!

How about a HUMAN answer the damn phone for a change? Is this rocket science? - HWHeather WhiteDec 29, 20251.0The service was great but the technician took my key fob and I have been without my key fob since December 20th on my service date and I’ve called the customer service line almost everyday with no one calling me or reaching out about this issue. You cannot get a hold of a live manager to speak with. The only thing they can do is call the local shop and they don’t answer and send a email to the shop, shop manager, district manager and still no one has responded or gotten in contact with me. I have used safelite for years and this has been the most terrible experience I have had! Terrible customer service and getting no answers!

Took time to explain everything- not like reading a script but explained why to do/not do things. Asked my permission numerous times. Smiling. Seemed to enjoy the role- he made light conversation ,eye contact , well spoken and honestly just came across that he cared about doing a great job and about the safety of myself and my car! This guys needs to be in some type of training there
