No nothing went wrong, I just needed the paint to cure before reapplying a ceramic coating in the repaired area now that the paint was cured. Port City did a great job with the requested service and the car was returned in immaculate detailed condition. A valued addition to the service (fir free). I don't want to need Port City again, but I will happily call them first if I do.

Baylea advocated for me to the other parties insurance company when they were trying to play shady games, as most insurance companies do. Baylea also kept me updated while my vehicle was in the shop through every step of the way. Stephen was great and communicable throughout the repair process. Port City Collision is the only collision center certified in Wilmington to repair and service Teslas, and they do a damn good job.

My 2025 Tesla model 3 got hit in a parking lot 5 months after I bought it and this team did an amazing job with all of the repairs and my car looks brand new again. The panel placement is perfection, they're level and all of the spaces are even between them. The paint is perfectly matched to the rest of my car, blended seamlessly, and as smooth as a mirror. I was also pleasantly surprised when I saw they detailed the inside of my car too! It looked like it did the day that I bought it! I greatly appreciated the communication from the shop too! Baylea did an outstanding job sending me updates on my car and I cannot thank her enough. She kept me up to date every step of the way and I always knew what was being worked on and what the next steps were. This team as a whole did an awesome job! My car was out for about a month but I was kept informed on everything, I was never left wondering what was going on. I will absolutely be coming back with anything that I need done on any of my cars in the future!
