Service shop is always PACKED but they still manage to properly cycle the repairs. Good folks, great reps. Upper Management could do something more to boost moral thou, lotta turnover. So expect that, but overall good shop.

Paperwork/signing was minimal and the vehicle inspection/preparation was painless. Drop off process was simple and fast as well. M. Johnson was great and made the process quick and easy. As someone who has personally never rented a truck before, I was it was a very good impression and will definitely back!
