Service shop is always PACKED but they still manage to properly cycle the repairs. Good folks, great reps. Upper Management could do something more to boost moral thou, lotta turnover. So expect that, but overall good shop.

Five days later, I called Corporate and they said up to ten days! I asked Preston at Corporate, "So the girl at the Penske store just lied to me by saying five days?" and he replied saying yes.
