I’ve found that the quality of service and ease of rental pickup, varies by employee which I find very inconvenient because with that kind of inconsistency you never know what your gonna get when you arrive at their rental counter. As stated I have Executive Elite status, so I rent often for business using the business account issued to me by my employer, but for the first time ever I was asked for an additional $400 deposit by Debra. This surprise deposit which had never been mentioned or required for the several years I’ve been a member, caused me to be 5 hours late for a work retreat. I believe Debra was offended by my asking for a nicer vehicle if available, so she decided to throw a huge deposit at me. After speaking with customer service and the “National Rental Escalation” team I was told I would receive a call from upper management in the region, but that call never came! I want to end this review by saying all of the employees are not as unhelpful as Debra, but it’s a shame I have to pick and choose who I deal with at the this location. Had management reached out to me I would have not found the need to leave this review.
