The moment I brought it to them they treated me like family. They didn’t just take the truck in they took all the stress off my shoulders. They handled the insurance themselves and walked me through everything in a calm and honest way so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Another benefit is that they’re a local shop. Supporting a local shop like this means you’re supporting people who genuinely care and it shows in the results. Throughout the whole process they kept me updated and explained everything in simple terms. I never felt rushed or like just another customer. They really cared about making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. When I picked up my truck I was honestly amazed. They didn’t just repair it they brought it back looking better than before. The paint the body work the small details you could tell they put real pride and heart into it. I’m truly grateful for how they treated me and for the quality of work they put into my truck.
