- DODaniel OttDec 21, 20251.0I needed my radiator coolant topped off. They tried to charge me for it. Nobody else does and also my tires rotated. Only one side was rotated. I noticed later on after I left that driver side was not rotated. I took my vehicle back and the lube technician argued with me that he had rotated my wheels, and it was evident that it did not take place. I had fresh tires on the rear and wanted them put up front and only passenger side was done. The oil change took an hour not 10 minutes as advertised. A terrible experience would never go back there again. If anybody goes to get their wheels rotated, Mark your tires somewhere not obvious and check afterwards if job was completed correctly!!!! And to top it off, the price was more expensive than anywhere else…

- LVLouis VickNov 28, 20255.0Had an diesel oil change on my gmc 2500 Denali and once I pulled out into the middle of the road the oil all spilled out, apparently a bad gasket on the filter. The shop manager was very apologetic and came to the rescue. While in the middle of a busy road he removed the filter, replaced it, and added new rotella oil. I pulled back into the shop and they topped the oil off and degreased the truck from all the spillage. Things happen but it's how you respond that matters. I have a long trip back to TN and thankful I was taken care of.
