- JSjake sullivanFeb 27, 20261.0i waited over an hour for an oil change and an inspection. one single car was in front of me when i showed up. i watched them pull my car in and then not touch it for 45 minutes while they worked on one car that got there 30 minutes after i showed up. even after i was the only car left i watched no one be anywhere near it for longer than ive ever had an oil change take anywhere else. this place sucks.

I was out of there in 20 minutes. Turns out I needed new windshield wipers to pass inspection, and they can do that service also. Cade Turner assisted me and also informed me that I would need all 4 tires replaced soon. That was valuable information and I told him I was going to take care of it soon. He didn't try to sales talk me on other things cuz I just found out online that they do other important basic car maintenance services. Surely I will be coming back for next time for inspection and emissions needs.
- SPSteve Trebing (V-Tail Pilot)Feb 17, 20261.0Beware, Scam! What should have been a 5 minute visit turned into a very negative experience. Went in for a vehicle inspection over my lunch. Waited for a bit then they pulled my car in, popped the hood and started looking really closely to my 2022 SUV. After a while, they came out and told me they couldn't pass my inspection due to tire tread depth... I asked if they could just pass as I have plans to get the tires replaced very soon, just not from them as they are an oil change place, but can't renew registration without current inspection. They said no, they wouldn't unless I order the tires from them, then they would be able to pass me. Absolute racket to hold someone's car inspection hostage if they don't order way, way overpriced tires from an oil change place. To add salt to the wound, they still made me pay for the "failed" inspection. If anyone from Jiffy Lube reads this, please stick to oil changes and don't advertise other services you are not qualified to do, especially with shady practices like I experienced.

They said we can check your fluids but additional charge, we can check your filters for a additional charge. All added extras that normally are free any place else, plus did I mention over a hour wait with one car in front of me for a oil change.
