  Will definitely not be using this shop again. After spending around $850.00,tried to get information on my vehicle after the fact. And it was like pulling teeth.The Manager did not want to offer any information pertaining to my vehicle. I had to honestly beg him for 5 to 10 minutes to get him to tell me anything.Not a trustworthy manager at all.Very disappointed

  Re: 2708 Trademark Dr., Wilmington. A bunch of warning lights lit up this morning. Happened to be near Grease Monkey, a new shop located near Burger King by North Chase. They took us right in. Checked the computer and topped off the tire pressures. The tire pressure resolved one problem. The computer determined an O2 sensor was bad, and needed to be fixed before the next inspection, but otherwise wouldn't impact vehicle performance. All good! I asked Don, the new owner, how much I owed him and he said, "no charge." He's new, business isn't booming, and he said no charge. I am a new customer. It's hard to find trustworthy auto repair. He's got my recommendation.

  ANOTHER UPDATE 07/11/24: These guys take care of loyal customers! They have bent over backwards to accommodate me on several occasions. I continue to be a customer "for life"!!! Thanks Alan, Kenny!!! /////////// UPDATED REVIEW: Went to these guys for a full synthetic oil change on 5/23/23 -- their price was $30 cheaper than Jiffy Lube! Then, coincidentally, as I was leaving town at 1230 on 5/26 on 74, my steering wheel started shuddering whenever I steered toward the right at high speed. Immediately turned back to Grease Monkey. Alan accompanied me on a test drive all the way from Monkey Junction back onto 74 to troubleshoot, ordered two control arms on the spot, shoehorned me into their schedule and had me back on the road by 4:30PM. Incredible! Nicest, most respectful guys and so relieved to have found a dependable, trustworthy shop. I had no idea they did all sort of mechnica work!!!!!! ////////////// BRAND NEW LOCATION as of 7/1/22!!! Fantastic staff - Kenny (owner) and Alan were courteous, friendly, helpful and patient. Kenny brings the systematic precision of a USMC aviator to the outfit while Alan went out of his way to show me my brake fluid and educate me on what to look for so I don't let things "get to this point" again. They noticed stuff that no one has ever brought to my attention before, including burnt out lights and possible issue with brand new oil filter. Underpromised and overdelivered in terms of time-in-shop. All in all STELLAR experience, will be back again. Thanks guys!
