The receptionist was very kind as well. I forgot her name! Having Enterprise come to the site was very helpful. Not being very familiar with Porters Neck, it was a bit hard to locate the first time but well worth it. My car looks awesome.

Even better, the repairs were completed earlier than originally anticipated without compromising quality. (Even around thee busiest holiday of the year!) The workmanship was excellent, and the vehicle looks great. - TSTy ShawDec 8, 20251.0They damaged my vehicle’s electronics while repairing a door. They shorted out three connections on my ECU, resulting in me not being able to use the controls on one of my doors & an ECU that will fail over time. The only fix is to replace the ECU which js $2000. They kept trying to get me to use my factory warranty instead of trying to make it right. Toyota refused to warranty the repair so the cost to fix my vehicle is solely on me now. Thanks Gerber, do not use these folks.
