    Excellent service from team member, Samantha. She noted my AWD concerns/needs early on my reservation and ensured that I had a vehicle worthy of my trip. The brand new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was a lot of fun to drive and super clean as it only had 1K miles on the odometer! The personnel I interacted with (Samantha, the car agent and Henry the shuttle man) were very friendly. I enjoyed conversation with both. Thank you for another great rental car experience!

    I spoke with Nicole the supposed “branch manager”. If that’s the case then I feel bad for her staff because she was extremely useless in helping me with my renting needs. I hope she’s never in an accident that wasn’t her fault and then have to fight to find a car to get to work. I wish people still cared and actually did their jobs, but for Nicole that is asking for too much I guess. If she picks up the phone when you call I’d recommend just hanging up because she doesn’t want to help you anyways!
