  After wrecking my car on an icy road Enterprise went above and beyond to make renting a car as pleasant of an experience as possible. Ultimately, I even ended up purchasing a Car through Enterprise. If you ever need to rent a car I highly recommend Enterprise Rent a Car!

  Customer service and critical thinking skills are not going to be found here. Harrison is rude, arrogant and disrespectful. When a situation presented itself that his manager was needed, he said he would not reach out him. ‘Not gonna happen’ was the exact phrase 3 times. When the phone number of his boss was obtained by me on my own investigation, they did not evaluate the hard copy drivers license and the paper scan of the renewal to allow rental. No problem. Within the hour, a rental car was secured. 👏 Happy to give my business to Hertz for the car I needed today (without the upsell nonsense) and they will permanently be used for our company car rental account on the go forward. 50+ traveling employees is appreciated by Hertz and their staff is professional and incredibly polite. We choose how we are treated with our wallets. Don’t settle for nonsense!

  I've been renting from Enterprise without issue for years. I don't use credit cards so they ask for two verifiable documents of residence. I only have one and made it clear that I only had one and hadn't had any issue with several rentals. The CSA was very dismissive and said "well we can't continue without 2 verifiable records" which again has never been an issue, only at this location. I've spent thousands here but no more.

  The enterprise location at 2309 S COLLEGE RD, WILMINGTON NC is awesome. Very quick rental process not a ton of paperwork and I was easily able to extend my rental on line. Very friendly staff there also. I’m so glad I don’t have to go to the airport to rent a car.
