    I have been renting from this location for over 2 years. Today marks the first time I received the most horrible customer service. He was inattentive. My car was not ready upon arrival. Drive car out to me wet. Did not open the car door or review car for any damages. Had a scowl in his face the whole time. It was so bad when he walked out to give me the car he dint bother to look back and behind him were two older ladies. His rudeness did not go unnoticed when he did not hold the door for them. When I proceeded to hold the door, another Enterprise employee held it. Last month I rented a car only to see roaches coming from the dashboard! Eek! I miss “Ryan”! He was the best! I wonder if they are under new management because the customer service is not as good as it used to be. They are walking distance from my home otherwise I’d seek out a new location or car rental business.

    I used this location while my vehicle was being fixed a little way up the road. Scott picked me up, he was on time, friendly, drove safe and provided overall a great experience right up until we got to the rental location and Anthony took over. Anthony could not be bothered to walk around the car to look for any damage and the first vehicle had a heavy odor of cigarette smoke inside so I refused to take it. Without changing paperwork or anything he threw me another set of keys to a car that was covered in dents and scratches, and yet again refused to do anything resembling a walk-around. This second car started producing an intense odor of burning rubber a few hours after picking it up. I went back to return this second car, as I am not a fan of cars catching fire when I'm behind the wheel. Anthony saw me pull in and disappeared for a good 10 minutes inside the office, despite the fact that he was the only employee working at that point in the evening. Without doing any paperwork he grabbed a handful of keys and led me to a Volkswagen with a golfball sized dent on the door and asked if it smelled up to my standard. At this point I left. I would rather walk down the more dangerous portion of Market Street than deal with this display of blatant laziness, except that I can't help but shake the feeling that it isn't laziness: three out of three vehicles in the same day from that same location all being damaged? They sure seem to be trying to hold renters responsible for repairing pre-existing damage. I'm 90% certain I left my garage door opener in the car too, but I will never set foot in this location again. At no point in this process did I ever receive a rental agreement. Nothing on paper, nothing digitally. Absolutely nothing. EDIT: enterprise responded by posting a link that takes you to find a drop-off location. Thanks, maybe try fixing the issue instead

    Devon was awesome, at first he wasn’t able to get me a sedan and he was very patient with me and my frustrations but in the end he came through with a last minute sedan for me!! I couldn’t recommend him enough, also Madison gave me a ride to enterprise and he was also great and friendly!

    The rental car experience was very easy from Enterprise sending a kind driver to pick me up until the completely easy return. My deposit was refunded almost immediate of rental return.n👍

    Rental reservation was put in far ahead so we would have a large vehicle for family at Thanksgiving. I got a few days prior from Enterprise to confirm we still wanted it and that they had it on the lot for us. The customer service at pick up and return was friendly, efficient, and easy. Best car rental experience I have had.
