They did what they had to in order to get me a pickup truck when I needed one even though the previous person extended their reservation with the truck they originally planned to give me. After that they went the extra mile to protect me from ridiculous charges the location I returned the truck to in FL tried to tag on. I don’t leave reviews much but this place deserves one

I requested that they pull a phone call, along with lobby footage and audio, that would counter what their employees noted in the system with no response or call back. Zero compassion, zero care for their customers. The care and compassion is only demonstrated for their employees and business best interests.

He made our rental a smooth and seamless process explaining everything thoroughly and clearly to us. You can tell that there is a happy overtone for this store and I think it’s a reflection of his management. The same thing with the wonderful driver who picked us up when we first came to retrieve our rental he was wonderful, kind and caring. Also Mike was also excellent and personable taking the time to show us different cars and allowing us to look at them with patience so we could pick the most ideal fit for our long rental duration and personal needs. We are grateful to you all and thank you for the kind excellent service, give everyone a bonus & a raise! Thank you Enterprise
