I don’t ever write reviews. I have a lot of experience with this location specifically, as I have rented at least 5 cars from here. After a long time of giving the benefit of the doubt, and always being polite, this is the last time I will ever go to this location when in need. The last 2 times I have made a reservation, both times I have gotten a call maybe an hour before I’m due for arrival stating they have nothing available. I have had to replan trips, postpone time with family and don’t even get an apology from Enterprise. I am always very understanding about this, and patient, as I know they are busy. Every single person I have come in contact with at this location (no one gives their name of course), absolutely hates their life. For relevancy, I will only go into detail with my most recent experience. My reservation was made for 4:30pm December 22nd (yesterday). They called me at 3pm letting me know there is nothing available and to call back at 5, I say okay no problem. I call back at 5pm yesterday and I am on hold for 20 minutes before I have to call back again just to get an update on my already late reservation. To clarify, I was never taken off hold, I called back and someone answered right away. I then am told to come in the next day at 10am, which i do. I make sure to call the location at 9:45am to confirm a car will be ready for me, I was put on hold for another 15 minutes. I hang up, call again, someone immediately answers and the girl tells me yes we have one available. When I arrive, I explain my situation to one of the girls at the front desk and she looks at me like I have 3 heads, asking “who did you speak to?” I let her know no name was given and that I literally called 20 minutes ago where someone confirmed I will have a car ready. Once that’s settled and she realizes I had a reservation, she has the nerve to further question my car insurance. Every single time I have rented from this location, I have provided my insurance the same exact way, along with my drivers license and any other required document. It’s the week of Christmas, I’m already almost a whole day behind schedule, and you still are trying to make this more difficult for me? Unbelievable. If you have updated your policies from a month ago when I rented last, please make that clear. And if someone else was taking my information in an incorrect fashion, why is that even happening, and how is that my problem? Not one apology for the delayed reservation, not a single thank you for even being patient. Everyone in there (except the girl with red hair, shes not involved as I didn’t speak to her), are completely rude and have no customer service skills. I will end this lengthy review by saying never once have I been rude towards them, I’ve never complained, absolutely nothing. This location really needs to be trained on their customer service skills.
