Came in, was told that this location does not install batteries and I would need to take a my battery to the nearest Advanced auto parts to have it installed. The woman tried to say it was a common misconception that this location installs batteries. Meanwhile there is a giant advertisement on the front window that reads “FREE BATTERY TESTING & INSTALLATION”. Then I am told to return the old battery to the location when I was done. This woman also made me come into the employee only section in the back and pick up my own battery from their shelves. She said she threw her shoulder out. Seemed fine to chase me down to sign a receipt.
