TJ and everyone else at Cape Fear Collision is some of the most professional and kind people you will ever have to deal with at a company. They truly went so far above and beyond that we felt we were so truly taken care of. Any sort of collision work can be a stressful situation. Cape Fear handled so much of the logistics with insurance and the dealership when needed that we felt so at ease. I can’t thank them enough for all they did. My poor baby looked so broken, mangled and tired on the front part of the driver's side that it made me want to cry. However, all the staff were wonderful in dealing with her, but since I dealt mostly with Troy, I want to give a special shout-out to him. He is a caring, kind and genuine soul and he took good care of my baby. When everything was finished, my car came out looking cleaner and newer than I'd seen her in a long time. She looked put-together, refreshed, shiny and new. Troy and CFC turned my sad-looking car into a ravishing beauty!
