The staff did a great job on installing them and discovered one of the ones I had purchased was defective and helped me select a new one that is much easier to install. Will be back for sure.
- PGPatricia GianniniSep 23, 20255.0Went into this location in a bad mood. I had just left a NC Inspection site and was told that my passenger windshield wiper was stealing the window🤔. I knew this wasn’t true as the wipers had been purchased and installed two months ago by AutoZone. (I got the mid-priced ones). I left the inspection and drove to Autozone and met Lando. He greeted me upon entry, asked me how I was doing all while helping another customer. I explained my dilemma and in the nicest way possible, Lando replied, “let’s take care of that”. After checking the wipers and noting that they operated perfectly with no streaking . He advised that I return to the NC inspection site and let them know that they were mistaken. With a simple smile and hello, Lando changed my entire mood. I was not in a good mood and was angry for having to go through this over a simple NC Inspection. I returned to the inspection site, passed my inspection with a smile. I knew like many others, that this was an attempt at an upsell from the inspection station. I got the last laugh, it was principle, not money. It was honestly and kindness that made my day. Thank you Lando!!! (See review of inspection location)
