    My partner and I had a very frustrating and dismissing interaction with one of the attendants. We had ordered brake pads online, and wanted to verify if they were the correct ones. Andy said that he is not able to tell, that it was our job to verify that when we ordered them online. After being told that he couldn't look up our car and tell us the brake pads needed, we decided to return them. That was when he moved us to another attendant, that WAS able to look up the brake pads and verify they were indeed correct. He made it known that it is not uncommon for individuals to feel the way they do after interacting with him. After asking for a manager, he shook his head and said it will be okay, that he was probably trying to head out. Although we were able to figure out what we needed, the unwillingness to inform management of the way we were dismissed and the interaction made us feel very unwelcomed, uncomfortable, and more of an inconvenience.
