Joe (the GM) was knowledgeable and helpful and, even though the battery installation turned out to be more challenging than either of us anticipated, he did not hesitate to be sure it was done correctly...he even hooked power up to my car so that when he removed the old battery, it wouldn't lose any stored info that I would have to go back and deal with subsequently! Extremely pleased and would definitely recommend this store and their team. Thank you Joe!

It was at less than 5 percent..and the guy who grabbed it said it was fully charged. They never even charged it..it just sat there all day, then i was lied to..didn't check it..or even charged it, ill never go yherr again.

He tried his best to install the part i picked up but didnt have the tools he needed. But our conversations we're the best, he had my son and I laughing so much. My son is 9 and as we left he looked over and said "that guy was awesome, he was so funny and really nice." We will definitely travel the extra miles to come back to that store.
