  Went to get a rental car, knew about the extra fees for being under 25, was then told you need a credit card to rent a vehicle, checked website and could find no instances of a credit card being required. Helper was unhelpful and was not proactive when we requested a refund for the car we prepaid for.

  upbeat customer service, but i should of researched more before i committed. Alamo charged me $13.98 to drive on the N.C. hwy, $16.18 in “concession recovery fee”, $.88 vehicle license recovery fee, $13.00 in customer facility charge, & $2.62 in County Gross. these extra expenses were not discussed upfront for my 2 day rental. the car was in top shape though! brand new!

  Car was well taken care of even though it was a bit older model. The employees at the Wilmington desk as well as those in the lot where the cars were kept were extremely professional and helpful. All in all, a seamless experience.

  I appreciated the representative working with me on making sure the vehicle I got was one I was comfortable driving. She was patient and kind, which always makes a difference.

  Great experience with Alamo at ILM. Quick checkin and checkout, clean vehicle in great working order, great customer service
