- TTtjlongjr3Mar 1, 20265.0My wife’s SUV had an issue on the ride back to Elizabeth City with her brake pads/calipers locking. Tim (store manager, who was off and happened to be at the store) secured the needed parts from another Autozone store (which I picked up and brought from Edenton) and proceeded to assure my wife that he could replace the caliper and brake pads with the tools he had in the trunk of his car. When I got there, he and an associate (Mike) were honored to help and insisted they didn’t need to be compensated in any way. Tim and Mike were a godsend. A complete joy to be around and I’m so grateful for the care and concern they showed my family.
