    All I could say is that you could tell management has changed! So inconsiderate, app allowed me to book, I get there and they tell me they have no cars available. Claimed they called but I have no calls from them. I never had this experience with them prior. Manager was extremely unapologetically and could careless.

    I rented on very short notice with enterprise in wilkesboro NC for a very short trip one way to the airport in Charlotte. They didn't have the actual car that I had reserved but they were so accommodating with a replacement and the customer service was phenomenal!!! on a scale of 1 to 10!! I'd give them a 20!!! the car return at the airport was simple and quick. The vehicle was clean with no issues. I always use enterprise and I always will choose Wilkesboro location if I can!!! Kudos!!!

    Called a day prior to ask about a rental but couldn’t make it before close. Was told they’d be glad to see me the next morning just to show up and be told they’re booked for multiple days out. I own a business in town and was heavily relying on this to continue operating as normal.
