Not only did they install the wrong pads for the car, but they installed them incorrectly (inner pads both on one side of the car and outer pads on the other). We’ve made several trips back asking for help to correct the issue with nothing more than excuses as to the noise. We took it to another mechanic who explained the problems with the pads and improper installation. We went back one last time asking for a refund with no help. Looking at the pad wear, it’s obvious the pads were wrong for the car, yet they refused to stand behind their work. Thank you for the response below. My daughter received a call (it was her car) on Saturday after my visit to say they would offer a refund. She went by today and they gave her $79 cash. That would have been enough to cover the break pads, but what about the $400 we spent? Not only were the pads wrong for the car, but they were installed improperly! Nothing on the front brakes were done correctly, but they’re keeping the other $300? Also, one of the mechanics followed my daughter to her car and asked for her Snap-Chat number. Seriously?! I was given this number by Matt at this location on my last visit. I called and spoke with a gentleman that said customer service is open Monday - Friday and I could expect a call back on Monday. Looking forward to it.
