I’ll be honest. I don’t know squat about cars so I’m always looking for companies that are trust worthy and will not try to take advantage of my ignorance. Mavis Tires was great with helping me. They met me at my level of understanding, and gave me a great deal on fixing my tires. I’ll definitely be bringing more of my business to them. Also, Scott, Asst. Manager was great. He was kind to me. In my book that goes a long way.

I purchased 2 new Continental run flat tires in November 2025. These individual tires came with a 40k mile warranty. I drove approximately 5200k miles on these tires. I took my car back to Mavis Tire in February 2026. At this time I was informed that my car mileage for placement of these 2 tires in the computer was approximately 38k miles. It was obvious that this was not correct as my car now had approximately 138k miles which would mean that I put approximately 100k miles on my car in approximately 3 months. It wasn’t until I demanded an invoice for when the tires were purchased that I was informed I was correct. Long story short, if I had not demanded the invoice the manager would have relied on incorrect mileage that was in the computer incorrectly. I have since been informed that the 40 K mile warranty will not be honored. The customer service from the regional manager was to say the least very defensive stating that my car needed alignment. I have been dealing with Mavis Tire for several years and I have never had this issue with my tires. It has never been suggested that my car be aligned by Mavis Tire.

Wow, stopped in for an emergency repair while visiting from out of town. They quickly got me back in the road in no time. Very friendly staff and seemed very knowledgeable in all aspects of automotive repair. Highly recommend you stop in if you have any auto needs and let them help you.

We were visiting from out of state due to a death in the family. Our tire pressure light went on, and we concerned about continuing to drive on it. It was a Sunday morning, and we were so thankful to find a tire shop that was open. Scott was friendly, helpful, efficient, and made what was an already difficult situation painless. We highly recommend this shop!

Problematic. Bought 4 tires for my truck. had them balanced and mounted, had to remind the techs twice to reset the TPS. Noticed no two tires had the same pressure with a range of 80 to 55 PSI. After a day or so, I saw that my driver side front tire was loosing pressure via the TPS. I took it back to Mavis and discovered that the rim had some matter on it causing the slow leak (why the rims were not inspected and cleaned prior to mounting the new tires is very puzzling). Also the tech stated that the tie with low pressure was actually the driver side rear tire and not the drivers front as displayed on the TPS. The inability to reset the TPS strikes again. There is nothing difficult about busting and mounting tires or resetting the TPS. Overall very disappointed in Mavis Tire
