    Absolutely terrible. Went in to pick up my truck rental, which was there and on the lot. I left for approximately 3 hours to find a credit card to satisfy their booking policy. I show back up, and they tell me they no longer have the truck. Without my authorization or even notifying me, they have the only truck to someone else. Staff refused to do anything other than recite corporate policy and corporate phone numbers. Absolutely horrible location with horrible people skills. Stay far away and use a local rental down the street, Rapid Auto Rentals.

    Fast, easy, but if it’s through insurance don’t expect to get the same car to drive. It will be a downgrade. I was driving a suv and was given a small car to drive. The car was missing an hubcap and had burn places in it. After the car had been returned they were reaching out to the body shop trying to find the car. Knowing someone from enterprise had drove me there to get my car. So, someone isn’t doing their job. I turned it in on Thursday and they called the body shop on Monday. When I called enterprise the car was still pending under my name. As of 10-22-25 Not nothing was ever DONE with this MATTER!!!

    I was on the way to pick up a rental and was called and told from a employee that they didn't have any rentals available for me after I had made the agreement a week in advance. I tried to get in another vehicle and the employee told me he didn't have any cars,trucks or suv's on the lot for me he said he was only renting to people with a week or more rental,since i was only renting for two days he couldn't accommodate me. I rented a car back in May of this year the employee was cursing and had a bad attitude I dropped the car back off a couple days later and was charged a cleaning fee and the car was clean when I dropped it off I tried several time by phone and email and no one ever reached out to me after they said a supervisor would call me. It's a shame no one had the decency to ever call me back and get it resolved!! It's very hard to get someone to answer the phone at this location. UPDATE,After this review April responded back from Enterprise and wanted me to call or email so I called and explained the situation again with a costumer service rep and was told a area manager would call me back to resolve the issues that was last week and still no call.

    Reserved a vehicle and had confirmation number. Showed up at pick up location in Wilkesboro at the appointed reservation time and told they did not have any vehicles available on the lot, would need to push off my rental until the following day. The manager then comes to the counter and said “oh, I didn’t get a chance to call her.” Nothing of working to find a solution, not customer friendly or pro-customer at this location. Made the excuse that the corporate website has the vehicles and they can not go on the website and change anything. The vehicles on the lot were waiting on new tags or needed servicing. Asked to speak to the manager/owner and was told by the one who didn’t call me that she was the manager. Gave me a customer service center number to call. Said the Wilkesboro location is family owned- asked who that was and told the name, Chrissy Taylor. Hmmm, thanks for the CEO’s name. Enterprise you can do so much better than this!
