They didn't have the actual car that I had reserved but they were so accommodating with a replacement and the customer service was phenomenal!!! on a scale of 1 to 10!! I'd give them a 20!!! the car return at the airport was simple and quick. The vehicle was clean with no issues. I always use enterprise and I always will choose Wilkesboro location if I can!!! Kudos!!!

The car we received was defective and we tried to call the location in Wilkesboro, NC at least 10 times and no one would answer. We got put on auto hold every time and then the line would drop. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. I cannot even explain to you how frustrating this is and I cannot get anyone from Enterprise corporate to call me. Customer service at Enterprise is non-existent. I rent a lot of cars every year and this stands out as the worst experience I have ever had.
