The car we received was defective and we tried to call the location in Wilkesboro, NC at least 10 times and no one would answer. We got put on auto hold every time and then the line would drop. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. I cannot even explain to you how frustrating this is and I cannot get anyone from Enterprise corporate to call me. Customer service at Enterprise is non-existent. I rent a lot of cars every year and this stands out as the worst experience I have ever had.

He had everything ready for me when I arrived, was extremely professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I needed a vehicle for a one-way trip that could handle lots of luggage and boxes. I originally requested a 3-row SUV, but there weren’t any available for one-way rentals. Jonathan suggested a minivan instead due to the similar amount of space and mentioned it would most likely be a Chrysler Pacifica. After looking it up, I saw that it offered the same room, was much more affordable, and better on gas. The minivan I received was in great condition and very clean. It turned out to be absolutely perfect for what we needed. His guidance was spot-on, but his demeanor and customer service were really the icing on the cake. I truly hope Enterprise understands the value he brings to their location. Thank you, Jonathan, for making everything seamless!!
