Instead of going home I drove straight here so I wouldn't waste fuel going to my family vacation. Show up and get told they don't have any car available but a compact Mitsubishi. Now I'm stuck with no car and get told 🤷🏻♂️ sorry come back in the morning I should have two more cars coming in. Why wouldn't you call and let someone know if you can't meet the obligation you allowed to get reserved. I could've adjusted my plans and went to another location with something available instead I'm out sitting in my truck wasted hundreds in fuel and it's too late to get anywhere else.
