From the beginning Janet in service was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and helpful with all the pricing and descriptions of what I was requesting and then some areas of concern to look at for evaluation. I received new tires but mentioned I had some rattling going on and I thought it was the shocks. Dillon the technician was amazing. He looked it over and tested the shocks and that was not the problem it was simply two connector arms to my sway bar connections. The parts were easily delivered within 30 minutes. (They can’t guarantee that always but it happened that day). What I love is they could have said it was the shocks and it would have been four times the cost. More money in their pocket but they are a class act and what needed replaced was way less and it fixed that rattling issue. That is the Randy Marion way and it built my trust 10 fold with them. I highly recommend any Randy Marion dealership for service and of course they have new and used cars if you need one of those. I just want to thank them for their honesty and amazing service.

Janet was awesome to deal with and always kept us informed on the progress of our Tahoe. Highly recommend her and Randy Marion. She really helped us out and the Tahoe drives great! I recently purchased a truck from here. I drove from Fort Mill, SC (2 and a half hour drive one way.) Everything went great on the day of purchase. It has all been downhill ever since. They let me drive off the lot without checking the OnStar in the vehicle. Once I got home I tried to set up OnStar just to be told from OnStar that the module in the truck was bad and needed replaced. I called the dealership back to inform them of the issue. A week later they informed me that they would replace the module, but I had to drive the truck back to them to do so. (Again 2 and a half hour drive one way.) So I call and schedule the appointment for a Saturday so that I do not have to miss work. They confirm my appointment and say see you Saturday. Figuring we'll make a day trip out of it I bring my wife and toddler along for the adventure. Oh what an adventure it was. We arrive at the service shop at 10:30am just to be told that I am not on the service schedule and that they do not even have technicians in on Saturday's just lube guy's. They then reassure me they can still get it taken care of and put us in a "test drive" vehicle so that we can go get lunch in town. I then get a call around 4pm. "We cannot fix the truck until Monday. Can you drive the "test drive" vehicle back home and come get the truck Monday?" So spent our entire Saturday and a 3 hour round trip for nothing. Having to take a half day at work Monday I drive the "test drive" vehicle back 2 and a half hours to pick up the truck. Then drive 3 hours and 15 mins back. At this point I'm thinking man that sucked, but it is what it is. Until I start getting letters in the mail. The first one is from the bank that I financed the truck through them with. The letter is stating that they have still not received the title/lien on the truck from the dealership and that I need to take immediate action. So I reach out to the bank and they tell me that I need to contact the dealership and have them get in contact with them. I call the dealership and they do not even have the title for the truck. They tell me that they'll get to the bottom of it and call me back. (Still waiting for that call.) Letter number 2 is from the South Carolina Departmemt of Motor Vehicles. This letter is stating that the state never got paperwork from the dealership for my trade in. Since they never got this paperwork they still assumed I owned the vehicle and have no proof of insurance for it.
They are now suspending my driver's license and registration and are telling me it is going to be a $200 fine to get it back. Again I call the dealership and they inform me that they are going to "take care of it." Still have not heard back. Worst experience I have ever had at any dealership in my life. If you are looking to purchase from here and you are from out of state I would strongly advise to turn the other way. Wish I could rate 0 stars.
