  Walter was absolutely amazing at the Weaverville Zips! I have had a membership at Zips for 9 years and no one has ever came up to me and talked to me. Walter saw me cleaning my rubber floor mats and he told me that they would spray them off for me. No one ever has mentioned that to me. Please keep him at the Weaverville location! You should have him training everyone on how to treat customers!

  $24 for a 60 second car wash, not joking or exaggerating. RIP OFF!!! Do not go here! Left stuff all over the car. We definitely did not get what we paid for. I feel like I got scammed. The grocery store gas station down the road has a better car wash for $5.

  The gal that helped me select a wash and pay was very helpful and a great sales person. Then I ran into Walter near the vacuum. First of all, the area was tidy. But the shocker was that the vacuums actually worked! For years it was a dirty parking lot with broken equipment and no supplies. Now, everything is repaired, supplies are full, garbage is empty, the tools are maintained, and we have Walter to thank for keeping it ship-shape. He was literally waiting to jump in to help in any way, plus he was friendly. Way to go, Walter!!

  I use zips often, as many as a dozen times per month. The employees here, in Weaverville, are always very helpful and polite. I highly encourage getting a membership, paid monthly, allowing using the wash unlimited times.
