  After several days of freezing temperatures and snow, I was finally able to get out. However, my car would not start. A friend jumped it off and I headed to Auto Zone in Weaverville. A really nice guy (Rueben) not only checked the battery, he recommended one with a warranty, put the new one in my car and could not have been more considerate, obligingly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend when you go in to ask for Rueben!

  I am so THANKFUL for this AutoZone in Weaverville and specifically the manager, Renee Collins!!!!!! She went above and beyond to assist me with my 2021 F250 Diesel. I was truly stranded and out of sorts and she single handedly got me up and running BY HERSELF, with all sorts of gadgets of her trade, which was beyond impressive. She was knowledgeable, respectful and attentive to my needs and concerns. I would go out of my way to shop here or follow Mrs. Collins wherever she may go professionally!!! THANK YOU AGAIN for your tremendous effort!!!!!!!! ⭐️🏅

  I went in to get help with getting a light for my headlight that was out. The last time this happened the gentleman working was so helpful and kind and put it in for me. I walk to the counter and this young man is not looking up to help or ask me. His name was Matt E and I later found out he was the manager I asked if he could help me and Iwas met with a bad attitude He started talking ugly to me saying he cant do that shit and that he doesn't have the time I understand that its possible he didn't know hoe but he could ha e politely declined. I work customer service I know how it is but I am always kind He was rude,immature and ran his mouth I asked for the manager and he laughed and said he was. Bc of all this I returned the light I bought and will never come back As a single women its not fair for a man to be intimidating and mean and That I even have to worry about my safety Matt E DO BETTER
