  Parked in the parking lot and a guy named Jeff came out. I told him I wanted an oil change and my car requires full synthetic but I was coming in to ask about pricing. He went over the different ones and I told him I wanted the economy priced around 55 dollars. I asked if that would be okay with my car as the dealer recommends full synthetic and he said the economy would work for my car. I pulled around and pulled into the bay. They opened the hood and started working. A different employee came over and told me my car required full synthetic oil, and it's around $115. They waited until my car was in there and told me it's a different price even after I asked about the economy being okay for my car. I asked him why I couldn't do economy and I was told my car requires the other. It seems like there is no consistency and a lack of training. Probably won't be back to this location unfortunately as it's close to where I live. Update: I was able to bave the situation resolved and I am happy with the outcome. I will be trying them again in the future.

  Aaron and Terry were both a pleasure to deal with. My first time at this location. I was greeted with water and a friendly smile. I will recommend and be coming back. As a woman they made me feel safe and not taken advantage of.

  I had to remove my last good review after my wifes visit to this location yesterday. She took her 2023 Ford Explorer in for an oil change. They told her she needed a new air filter and wanted to check the in cab air filter. Two different guys tried locating the filter that is behind the glove box. They first couldn't open the glove box but then after they located the filter door they didn't know how to open it. One guy broke off a locking tab trying to open the door then a second tried and broke off the other tab. (These two tabs hold the filter housing to the fan housing and have nothing to do with opening the filter door.) Clearly there are two screws that needed to be removed to open the door. My wife stopped them before they did anymore damage to her car. This place only changes oil, inspections, and changes filters. How do they not know how to access an in cab filter on a vehicle? The manager said he would buy her a new filter door but it isn't a filter door they broke, it is the locks on the fan housing. They could have at least tried Google before they broke something. Now we will see how much this will cost us to repair. Be careful who you trust with your car.

  These guys always give fast and efficient service, and do not try to upsell or exert other pressure to spend more. They are also super polite and always offer a bottled water when you pull up. If anyone remembers what a disaster the local Sn*ppyLube places were--in every possible way--this place seems like heaven in comparison!
