Bathrooms were a mess and very dirty. No employees to run subway even though the food was all out and it was lunchtime. Only one employee to work the entire store by themselves. Manager was just standing around doing nothing. Worst pilot I’ve ever stopped at.

It’s really really hard to write a review when certain employees are phenomenal, Summer, Blayze and Liz and I think the other guys name is Dj, they are AMAZING!!!!! Let’s just start there. I moved here around 10 months, and I frequent this station, often daily or multiple times times a day. Summer is always so welcoming! She greats everyone that comes in the door, does her best to he through the lines quickly. She’s a great multitasker lol. If you know Summer then you know what I am talking bout! Now the downfalls….
As a truckers daughter, I know first hand truck stops are BUSY places. But this place…..
The entrance for drivers a cars are one and the same, most truckers miss the enter sign, stop in middle of road trying to do goe out where to go, how to get turned around, while the parking lot does say trucks enter here. it doesn’t clearly marks about how they get around the building to the pumps. If they rent stopping in middle of the road, they are pulling in the exit side. There is very little car parking. Most of employees park right by front door.
A lot of Employees smoke right by the door on a regular basis. My daughter has chronic lung disease, and often has to wait in the car bc she can’t handle the cigarette smoke going into the building.
One particular employee, I hadn’t seen her around till recently, I’m not sure of her name. But she FLYSSSS 🏎️🏎️🏎️ through the parking lot on the UTV. One day she’s gonna get hit or hit someone else.
It’s not often that you actually find pizza or wings. They are more often than not sold out on a regular basis.
Now on to subway….. the problem child..
At the end of the day, this one particular subway employee is the reason I choose to right this entire review…. Michelle. This woman is the RUDEST employee I have met. Now I have worked in food industry for many years. I get the busy times, I get the slow times. But this woman. She’s rude and easily gets overwhelmed when they are busy. On multiple occasions, I have stood in line for 15-20 mins waiting. Just to be told when I get to the counter that I am going for have to wait, she’s going on break. I know I am not the only person, I watched her do it to a trucker the other day as well. And it always seems like it’s at the dumbest times to take a break. Why would anyone take a break during dinner hours…. Like 5:40 pm … in mist of dinner rush… nope it’s break time. I know sometimes she is there alone, and I get it, but prime dinner hours ain’t the time to be going outside to smoke and play on your phone.
I have watched her work sick, “a cold” is what she told the people in front of me, as she rubbed her snotty nose across her arm. I have watched Cher rub her hair on her head and not change her gloves. But I bet all, because of how rude she is, the fact that she always makes my food so messy, and just has a poor attitude In general. Beyond that she smells like BO BAD! Some times I really question if she high a work, or just ummm idk. I used it eat at this subway Daily. I love the protein pockets and subscribe but stopped going to this location if Michelle is working. I will get my sodas, and little go on done to exit 31 and go to that subway to get mh dinner for work. But that’s not an option for everyonr. Truckers have limited areas to stop in, and no one should have to deal with nasty rude staff just trying to get their dinner. Certainly Mchelle needs a new job where she doesn’t deal with public or a better attitude.
Liz and blayze and Dj are AMAZING!!! Liz goes above and beyond, always has a smile on her face, greets everyone that comes over. Blayze and DJ are so comical, they really do their best to make people laugh all the time. Tho why are a great bunch, and I do stop in and get food by time I see them over there.
Michelle needs a new job, Liz, Blayze, Dj and summer all deserve an extra treat.!

They never have coffee at night for the drivers. I understand you need to clean them. But you could have one running so they can get coffee . This makes us not want to even stop here and do business with you guys.

Me and my family came in hoping to get good service and the lady Michelle was rude and high and moved slow and looked at me like I was stupid when I ordered my sandwich and then Liz came in with a smile on her face and started making sandwiches fast and efficiently as she proceeded to carry on conversations with us I would like a phone number to call higher ups because I would prefer not getting my food touched by someone that is high I will go back there again if Liz is working but I WILL NOT go back there if Michelle is working
