  Did everything online. Was only in the actual enterprise office for about 10 minutes to show them my license and my card that I used online. They were very nice, very good price on the car rental and they have after hours drop off.

  The only thing my daughter wanted for her sixth birthday was to ride in a convertible, so we saved up for a few months to rent one. The morning of, I called the Waynesville Enterprise to confirm pickup and they said, "we don't carry those, I don't know why they tell people we do". No call, email, no reach-out in any way so I could pivot and make my daughter's wish come true before her birthday. You lost a lifelong customer. Your disregard for your customers' well-being in any way is disgusting. Worst of all, you crushed a 6yo little girl's wish. Not a big deal to you, but for her it was everything.

  We reserved a car at the Waynesville office of Enterprise. When we went to pick it up we were told we had missed the pickup time and the car was no longer available. Also, they said there were no more cars to rent, despite there being several freshly washed cars on the lot. We asked if we could start a new reservation for tomorrow (Friday), but were told they probably couldn't get one before Monday. Both staff members were very unhelpful and basically didn't care that they had now lost a 2-week rental because they couldn't be bothered to try and look for another car for us. We were barely 1 hour after our allotted "time slot" and we highly doubt that they had a walk in that quickly for a rental that day - which means they probably never had the car in the first place! Now our visitor from Germany is without a car for the beginning of his vacation here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Absolutely terrible service and we will never rent from Enterprise again! They did the same BS to us at Heathrow Airport in London several years ago, but we thought we would give them one more chance. It just goes to show that no good deed goes unpunished. Shame on you, Enterprise!

  The team at this location did a wonderful job. I will definitely recommend or use their services again. Great problem solving, flexibility, generous consideration for their customers and they are very knowledgeable. As a mother with four young children and four car seats, they were considerate, accommodating and helpful. I was so pleased with my experience at this location, I can’t recommend them enough!
