  Great customer service these guys been over backwards to get a cabin filter for me and replaced the old one. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will surely be back.

  2/28/2026 - Great experience. My apologies I don’t remember the names of the lovely lady and nice gentleman that helped with getting my oil changed. They were very polite and informative. I got there at a good time where I did not have to wait long. I would highly recommend going there to get your oil changed! I will be back!! Thank you for such a great service and experience!!

  Adrian Raines was very friendly and helpful in greeting me. He’s a great asset to Strickland Brothers. I came for an inspection on my vehicle. It was accomplished very quickly thoroughly. Nina Hexamer was the inspector. Very pleasant and friendly. Also a great asset to Strickland. I did not get to personally interact with the other two gentlemen that worked on the vehicle, but it sure was efficient and fast. I will definitely return the next time I need an inspection for the state of North Carolina!

  I needed an annual state car inspection and this Waynesville location had super friendly personnel, service was fast, and waiting area was clean. I tried another location that was closer to my home but they said they no longer did state inspections and their reasons seemed a bit odd. No matter, I’ll be using this Waynesville location for all my future inspections and oil change needs moving forward.
