Waiting room is not much to speak of, but the wait time for inspection is short and you stay in the car for 10 min oil change. They give you a bottle of water and a car deoderizer. Friendly and they do a great job.

The gentleman suggested Palmer Tire in Maggie Valley and said I could trust their recommendation and that in his experience they do good work at a fair & reasonable price. It was refreshing to get real customer service without feeling pressured or overwhelmed.
