  The only reason this review gets 2 stars is because we got the issue resolved at a decent price. It took over 3 days to rotate and balance the tires on my husband’s car, for them to tell us they “checked everything” and couldn’t figure out why the car was still rumbling. My husband did some research through friends and Google and asked if they checked the alignment… apparently this wasn’t included in the “checking everything” package. They apparently needed the alignment gadget calibrated which took them a full business day to do before checking the alignment. Lo and behold that was the problem. The staff is friendly but unhelpful, and they don’t call with updates nor are they great about answering the phones.

  Both my about this experience was conducted with respect for your customers. First, online ordering thru you is useless. My appt time (set 30 hours in advance) wasn't even realistic. Trien to call the store 6 times to verify as your site requests That is stupid to put this on the customer but you do) but no one answers the phone and your phone service is terrible. Btw the call you "Mir Tire". Lol. Get US based services. It's only your business that suffers and Improve your crappy website. Next, my wife arrived at the store to be told they don't have computers working. Really tire machines don't work if your computer is down?? I'm a high end IT consultant. A good laptop and battery backup on you network equipment keeps your business open. Duh. But keep paying mechanics to sit around because your computers don't work. Also why isn't the practice the day before to verify that all the tires for tomorrow's appointments will be there. How hard is that. I could have simply been called to reschedule. But again I don't see you plan to run your business correctly. This is why your sales are going down 75% over the last three years. Blame everything else. It's customer service. Anyway, He told (not asked) her to come back at 7:30 am. Rather than take a day off work, I rearranged my schedule and went back around 10am. The girl at the counter was very nice and professional. The mechanic behind her was anything but. It was the guy my wife dealt with the day before. He told me she agreed to come at 7:30. When I corrected him he became belligerent. After many more choices comments from him I told him I didn't want to discuss how they misrun their business and he cussed at me, threw a tantrum and stormed off to the shop where he continued his tantrum in the person when later claimed to be the manager. He used vulger language, insulted me and threw stuff around the shop. The person he was yelling at then came to the showroom. I asked if he was the manager, he said yes. I now doubt he was or if he is, I found your problem. I simply said. "The way you employee spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable". The only thing he said the whole time was now. It was "ok". And really took no action. He has a tattoo on his neck and by observing him either he is not the manager or you run a terrible business and hire incompetent management as well as mechanics. I then said, I just want my tires put on so I could leave. They didn't even have them in. They had no idea when they would be. The girl at the desk, Chrystal I think, took good care of me. She called to verify when they would be delivered, took my phone number, called me when they got there and was the only person that has customer skills. You should put her in charge. I was never apologized too. I could see this "manager" has no ability to control this mechanic and gets told by him what to do. ( He is very large, unkept beard, dirty uniform that looked like he slept in it with a cross necklass). The shop is a disaster and disgusting. The floors were last cleaned who knows when. The waiting room is a vile petri dish of filth. The vending machine has sludge and dirt on the inside of the glass and on the products itself. I do not plan to go back and will have to pay for my tire rotations myself. My alignement was never checked. They were done right as the last tire went on. They never checked my TPMS. One is close to needed a battery. I have my own tpms tool for my off-road wrangler. I just moved here from Illinois. I have 5 vehicles and can't see myself bringing them back to this shop. EVERYTHING about this experience was poor except one person. This morning my wife finds out her coworker got two tires two months ago. They put tires on the same side. Lol. Great service.

  They had our car for a week. We kept calling every day trying to figure out what was happening and what needed to be done and they’d say “we will call you back in 10 mins!” Every day this happened. They’d never call back. We finally drove over and just told them to hand us the keys and they acted shocked - really?? We went across town and within 4 hours at another spot we had it diagnosed and part replaced. Will never go here again.

  How to sudden Bonaire leak and tire dictation from a nail for fitting the thick tread on a new snow tire. It was 630 but they said come in anyway. They assessed that I needed a new tire, ordered it, it arrived in two days and they mounted it. Quick response, good service good results very happy.

  I had them check my alignment and it was out. They repaired it from what it was but it still pulls a little to the left and i have a warping sound and some vibrations.
