Okay. I haven't had a very good experience. The last two days I have been here. I came to get new tires, new rotors, brakes alignment and oil change. My appointment was for 1230. I got here right on time. And I believe I was even a little early., after walking around for almost an hour and a half, I came back hoping that my car would be almost done only to realize they hadn't even started working on it.I went inside and asked when and if they were going to start , and she stated that they only had one tech. But , that one tech was actually in the lobby, sitting on a stack of tires conversating with either a customer or a friend, so I had an appointment at four o'clock( in asheville)and because of that appointment, they decided that even though they had had my car for over three hours at this point. That they were not going to finish the entire job.So I only got half the job done and had to be back he next day which is today, i already paid everything in full yesterday. So all they were having to do today was the alignment. The rotors and the oil change. So I arrive at my scheduled appointment time and even fifteen minutes early, dropped off my keys and went up the road to have some lunch after about 45 minutes, I come back down only to see that they still had not started on my car. So I go inside and ask, "do you guys only have one tech today? Or are you going to start on my car" they begin to tell me that they have 2 techs today. But they sent one on lunch, and he will start my car when he gets back. Needless to say, I was not very happy because this is the second day that they have taken from me when originally he told me that the entire job would take about 2 and a half hours, not 2 days. And Multiple hours... Now don't get me wrong, I completely understand understanding being overwhelmed, having a lot of work to do in a little amount of time, but it did not seem like they were busy. There were children goofing off and running around, and the mechanic had to quit working on the car several times to get his children (who were barefoot) to behave. I understand how life is and how frustrating things can be.But there's a time and place for everything.Do not say that you value customers' time when you clearly do not. I had always heard pretty decent things about mister tire, but was completely surprised by the lack of awareness respect and value of my time. I spent almost $2000, so I feel like when you spend that type of money, you should be treated properly. Honestly. No matter how much you spend, a customer should always be treated fairly respectfully And have their car ready within in a reasonable time. I normally wouldn't say anything about this but I just wanted others to be aware. If you value your time , I recommend going elsewhere. Also - I couldn't BELIEVE the state of the restroom or waiting area. There was trash strewn throughout the room, a bottle of juice so old there was actual MOLD growing in the bottle. The floor hasn't been swept or mopped in who knows how long, the bathroom was literally DISGUSTING. I couldn't BELIEVE they actually let customers see it that way. The dried urine on the toilet and the floor just added an extra layer of gross. The girl spent more time talking to some guy the first day and then today she is more worried about sitting on the computer than what awful state her store is in. I spent my time picking up the trash, and feeling like I need a shower after being in here. So all in all. They need to get it together, learn to value people's time and money and clean the store up. I wish I could show pictures. If you want a speedy service where your time is valued... id definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Made an appointment for an oil change by phone for 11. Left at 2. I will say he was very good and told me about needing brake pads tires and battery but 3 hours? They said the company they use to schedule just gives a time and doesn’t see how many are scheduled. What.

Beware! Poorly managed Waynesville, NC location with employee retention issues! Overtightened the lugs on our BMW, Two other tire locations were unable to remove lugs! It took 12 days to find someone who could remove them. One wheel was damaged. Contacted corporate (Munro) who denied compensation as they said that they could not be convinced that someone else didn’t over torque the lugs. Think about that, how could anyone could prove that the lugs on their car were not torqued by someone else! That’s an impossible task! I will be suing in small claims court! Please beware!

This was my 2nd visit to Mr. Tire and honestly, I had such a bad experience the 1st time the only reason I was going back was to get my flat repaired for free since I'd previously purchased the tire there. Somehow I ran over a nail that got into my sidewall and it was unrepairable. I'd like to thank Butch & Bishop for their generosity & help. They are trying very hard to rebuild their reputation after a few bad apple employees. They helped me get 3 new tires at an affordable price and gave me top notch customer service. Will def recommend!

I had a great experience with Mr. Tire in Waynesville, NC! My F250 was shaking when I was driving it, so I took it to them for an inspection and what I thought was going to be a routine tire rotation, balance and alignment. It turns out that my tires were wearing badly and therefore causing the issue. So I picked out and ordered a new set of tires which came in the next day. Once they started taking the old tires off, they quickly realized that my shocks were all bad and therefore causing the wearing. In addition, the rear brake pads were bad and needed replacing. All of this was a critical find because I use this truck to pull a 42 foot 5th wheel RV! They completed the work and I couldn’t be happier! The tires look great and I’m very pleased with the way everything turned out! I worked with Joseph, Crystal, Kathy and Michael, and they were all great! They were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone! They do a great job!
