    Had a pick up of rental set for 8am. Received a phone call the afternoon before rental at 3:45pm telling me there were no cars available for several days. NO guidance on other locations that may have had vehicles and no call from regional manager to help with options despite being told it would be escalated. Horrible service. Worth the drive to Hertz at the regional airport for an earlier pick up time and zero hassle.

    I, like others that have posted negative reviews, have yet again experienced receiving a confirmation from Enterprise for a rental only to get a call saying they have no vehicle available. 3rd time for me. I feel that this is not a local branch issue, as I typically receive very good customer service from this location when a car is available. It is an Enterprise issue that needs to be seriously addressed. An excuse of "open ended reservations" or "customers didnt turn in their cars on time" is a copout for what is plain and simple over booking. You either have a car available, or not. Personally, I dont care to receive a message to contact customer service, as this will take more of my time, unnecessarily. I am already going to have to waste more time driving 30 minutes to the next town to get a car, as well as inconvenience others, to give me a ride and waste my own gas to do so. All the while, having a reservation confirmation in my hand that is totally useless! Enterprise needs to step it up!
