I don't feel like driving all the way to your office! WHY don't you answer your business phone?!!??! I'm at my wits end with this company!???!!! I'm more angry today because it's cold and raining. WHY are they not answering their phone?! By God your a business! I'm paying nearly 300 a WEEK for this tiny car and you won't even pick up the phone for me to pay you for it? Hire competent people or close it down. It's more than frustrating!!!!! This is the WORST staff of any car rental company I've ever seen. Just look at all the recent reviews! Hire new staff for God sakes. If you won't answer your business phone then how are you supposed to sell or anything else to your customers!? I've been calling for 3 HOURS. I've called over 20 times THIS is the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. You do NOT care about your customers needs. Edit: spoke to Blake. He seems like a nice man and was apologizing but to have to call 22 times in three hours? Unheard of. We're paying well over $1200 a month to the company I expect customer service.

The texted me 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time to tell me they had no cars. This time I reserved two weeks in advance and they emailed me today to tell me they have no cars! Why are they a car rental company if they have no cars and why to they take the reservations? Never again
