  I’ve had a consistently great experience at NTB for over 10 years, and a big part of that is thanks to Mark, the manager. He’s incredibly helpful, honest, and takes the time to explain what my car actually needs—without ever pushing unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this level of trust and transparency. I never feel pressured or worried about being overcharged, which gives me real peace of mind every time I bring my car in. Mark clearly cares about his customers and runs the shop with integrity. I always look forward to visit Mark and his crew for my routine oil change and yearly inspections. They are also super responsive with calls which helps when you’re in a rush and unsure if you could get in/out within reasonable time. Their store waiting area is also kept clean and cozy so you never felt like waiting indoor for long before they bring you car back in tiptop conditions. Highly recommend NTB to anyone looking for reliable, straightforward auto service.

  I bought my first car (Kia Soul) and wanted to get an inspection. The Waxhaw NTB team is awesome, very efficient, and informative! My family has been going to them for years with nothing but good words to say about them. I was very glad to get personally established with them.

  The guys at NTB are great! They have been so helpful all the times we have taken my daughters car there. They have worked to get us in when we need a last minute appt. and have also helped to fix so many things at the best cost possible. So glad that I stopped in here for help with a tire and now take it there for everything. Just got our inspection done super fast and great help with a broken blinker! Thanks guys!!!!

What really stood out to me is that he only recommends services or part replacements when they are actually necessary. Unlike many other service centers that tend to push extra work, JR takes a straightforward and trustworthy approach. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, and made sure I understood what was required and why. It’s rare to find someone in auto service who prioritizes the customer’s best interest like this. Overall, the service was efficient, transparent, and reliable. I highly recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with JR.
