  I want to give a big thank you to Whitman, Jeremy Ortega, Gavin Esp., and Leandro Rodriguez at Valvoline for their outstanding service. Leandro was incredibly kind and helped my mom and me walk to the office and back to our car, which meant a lot since I have mobility challenges. Gavin provided excellent customer service when we arrived, and Jeremy worked on my truck with great care, as if it were his own vehicle. Their professionalism and kindness truly went above and beyond. We are very grateful!

  After waiting 45 minutes I left without getting service. When I pulled into waiting area, I was third car in line and asked to wait behind bay 3. As the 2 cars which were there before received service, others pulled into waiting area. Both of the 2 cars ahead of me finished in bays 1 and 2 respectively and then 2 other cars which were there after me were pulled into the bays. I told one if the attendants I was next or I was leaving and he did nothing to accommodate me or even offer a reason or apology. Will never be back.

  Courteous employees who get the work done. I spoke with the manager and assistant manager during my radiator flush and was kept informed of the process of how they go about replacing the old antifreeze and adding new fluid. The whole process took about 20 minutes to complete. I am certain I saved well over 100.00 dollars versus the cost of this service being done at a dealership.

  Practically a brand new truck, 14,000 miles, and now has an oil leak after taking it to Valvoline in Waxhaw. Originally took the truck there for a vehicle inspection, needed an oil change and decided to get both taken care of at the same time. I noticed the oil leak on my driveway, WHICH WAS NOT THERE BEFORE, opened the hood and checked and they did a sloppy job cause they had oil all over the place, checked under the engine and noticed where they did not clean up after draining the oil, and a small drip. IF YOUR EMPLOYEES WOULD PUT IN AS MUCH EFFORT TO DO AN OIL CHANGE PROPERLY AND CORRECTLY AS THEY DO WHEN THEY TRY TO UPSALE YOU ON OTHER STUFF THEN MY REVIEW WOULD BE THE EXACT OPPOSITE. JUST STRAIGHT UP TRASH. DO BETTER.

  I had just moved to the area a few years ago and I’m so glad that I found this place early on. Always have had a positive experience at the Waxhaw location such friendly staff and they make sure you are well taken care of!!!! Cannot recommend enough (have had many oil changes, diagnostics, vehicle inspection, tire balance, premium wipers recently, and advice on other vehicle related things)
