They have never tried to upsell services. Our first contact was with Don and he is always there to answer questions about the tire rebates and Mavis website coupons. They called me to let me know that the bolt didn’t puncture my tire so they were able to remove it and patch up my tire. While they were at it, they even aired up my tires. ALL free of charge.
