From the start, my account was set up incorrectly with the wrong phone number and email, and despite repeated attempts, it was never fixed. I never had full access to the app, and my personalized license plate rarely scanned, requiring staff assistance every visit. On top of that, my car consistently came out with scratches, and on October 5 it suffered large chips after going through the wash and I spoke with management. That same day I canceled my membership and was given a receipt. However, I’ve still been charged for October and November ($53 each) even after canceling. This is my first car, and the damage plus ongoing charges are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place—especially for anyone with a new vehicle. I’ve attached pictures and you can even see the reflection of the Whistle car wash in the window.

He’s thorough, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. That said, the car wash itself could use some improvement compared to other Whistle Express locations, like the one in Greenville. The members-only gate rarely works properly, and the wash quality is inconsistent. sometimes there’s plenty of soap and a good rinse, other times it feels like it barely cleans the car at all. With a little more consistency and maintenance, this location could easily match the quality of others in the area.

And despite efforts on my end to get my number and email linked, it hasn't happened and I cannot get help. Complete waste to have a membership. Dont waste time getting a membership unless you only use one location.

We have the safest and best car wash technology in the business. The "closed-foam" wraps used in our car washes are unable to hold onto dirt or sand as they clean, so they are unable to scratch your vehicle.
