But what I'm most upset about is the rinse cycle did not properly rinse the car after the wash cycle, as I noted soap suds on windows and mirrors while driving home. The rinse cycle was wayyy too short for the amount of soap distributed. Once home I spent 20 mins in 35° weather attempting to clean the back end of the vehicle and wash windows etc to remove soap suds from the exterior paint, so I called to make a complaint and was told to drive back to the car wash, and they'd rewash... I did go back later that day when I noted there was dried soap on the exterior paint. The young attendant was courteous (better than the phone rep) and the vehicle went back through the car wash. There was less soap suds afterwards but still had soap residue. The attendant noted it and hosed it off. A Big Thank You to the courteous young man, but I won't return to Whistle Car Wash again.
