My wife’s tire was flat and I made an appointment here because it was the closest location. I drove it in, they checked for plug spots and found no leaks. So they spent more time evaluating the tire since they couldn’t find it. I watched them look for it for 20 minutes and they found it. It was a small opening by the valve. When it was found and repaired, they backed it out of the shop but the check light tire was still on. So they checked all tires to make sure everything was good to go and safe. The best part? The communication. Every 5-10 minutes they came inside to update me on the status. Super friendly. Super informative. And truly an amazing experience. Thank you Mavis for rebuilding my trust with your new management. A 180 degree turn earned you back a customer. Thank you!

His demeanor gives he shouldn’t be working with the public and customers period. Over $2000 was spent on new tires that did not last an hour. Mike showed zero empathy about the entire situation and did not rectify the situation at all. If you’re in need of new tires please please please stay clear of Mavis and MIKE!!!
