Zach from the Kville store (extremely helpful) called and made sure it wasn't leaking. Get there and Bryan (name on the receipt) installed the battery. The car wouldn't start. He had to jump start it and assured me that it was fine and would charge as I drove. Doubting this, I went back to the Kville store and had Zach test the battery and it was a faulty battery. He ordered one and replaced it today, but because Bryan from the WT store cross threaded a bolt on a bracket that holds the battery in place, the bolt snapped and now I am driving a car with a loose battery that is now my responsibility to repair. This has been a frustrating event but Zach has been super helpful throughout and has gone above and beyond. I wished that there was a better resolution so that I am not driving around with a battery that is unsecured in my car.
