    My car, a Honda CRV, was in the body shop for repairs. A car was rented for me by the insurance company. I received a Chevy Trax. Great Gas mileage but very basic car. Enterprise Wake Forest NC picked me up at the body shop and took me to their location to pick up rental car. On returning rental car, I was able to leave the car at the body shop. So convenient. Beware, however, of smell inside car. Very unpleasant fragrance.

    I reserved a premium truck and when I came in I was pleasant smiling excited to pick up my reservation…they tried to change my pickup to a gladiator (not a truck) then I called enterprise to file a complaint on them to get my reservation fixed they refused to rent to me and they called the police on me!!! I rent from national 200 days a year! Now I’m going to miss my closing on my house because they refused to rent to me after they swapped my reservation!

    Friendly. Fast service. I accidentally went to this location when my insurance arranged for my temporary daily driver. The rep here got me all squared away in a great car despite my error. The return process was even better. They even gave me a ride back when I wasn't able to get anyone else to help me.
