  Reservations mean nothing with this location. We arrived according to our pick up time. They didn't have a van for us so they asked us to wait til noon. Waited til noon to get a voicemail and to no suprise they didn't have van they said they would. Now, We are behind on travel plans with no van and changing our plans. Ohhhhh by the way....We saw you give a van to the guy just before us. Thanks!

  We missed the time pick up for our car. Joy was very nice to work with us. We waited for an hour but it’s all worth it. Great costumer service!

  This staff and location are best in class. I’ve rented here before, and it’s the reason that I keep coming back. They always are the most friendly. You can tell that they care, and that they appreciate doing business with people. I can’t possibly be the only person praising them, because I see happy customers in there all the time. I’ll always use Enterprise and this location, in particular.

  The entire team there was fantastic. I came in last minute from my warranty company while my car was being repaired. They made the process very easy and fast while demonstrating outstanding customer service. I will definitely choose this location again in the future should I find myself in need of a rental.

  Staff were very helpful and friendly. They promptly helped me to swap a different vehicle when i felt uncomfortable with the initial minvan that i chose. The swap was great, and the team took good care of me when i returned the vehicle. Definitely come back when i have another travel.
