- ASAdam SongFeb 23, 20265.0.. just as a knee-jerk reaction as I saw Valvoline as I pass through Wake Forest, I decided to stop by with my own oil and filter that I have been carrying around in my little detail mobile, lol. Pros.. Every service technician that was there spoke to me and had smiles on their faces, it felt like I was in the 1990s again, when people weren't so serious and miserable about life. The charismatic gentleman who checked me out enjoying chatting with me about detailing, and it's great always to make a new friend. There were two cars ahead of me.. yet I was still able to have my oil changed within 20 minutes or so of arriving, they are quite quick! My little shoebox car is now purring like a kitten, and though some people may think otherwise, their prices are very reasonable for what they do. This is not 1987 anymore, oil changes are no longer $12.99. Cons.. Zero. Please check them out, the location it's quite convenient, and I love the energy of the techs! Solomon was super helpful and tried to find another location that could help us. We can't speak to the services, but if the customer service is any indication, they must be terrific! Solomon sold us...we'll be back!
