Technician comes up to my car and asks what I need, I politely respond that I just need an inspection. Guy starts complaining that he can’t do it because he was supposed to get off work 10 minutes ago, and that I’ll have to come back tomorrow. I left without getting inspection and will be going to another business that cares about customer service.

Once I was finally in the bay the guy struggled with the air filter housing for about 10 minutes, even after I asked them not to check the air filter. Then struggled with the oil filter for another 10 minutes. I assume he finally got it off because they spilled oil all over the exhaust manifold so now the car is smoking. I had the car detailed right before i brought it in and they left the exterior and under the hood a complete mess.
