  Came in for a wheel alignment and tire balancing, and Josh took great care of everything. He was professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Josh!

  I had one of the worst days dealing with a flat tire and by the time I made it to the shop I was completely overwhelmed, crying, and honestly a mess. Josh showed me so much kindness, patience, and professionalism. He didn’t just fix my tire — he helped calm me down and made sure I was okay. He also took the time to point out another tire that was going bad, which shows he genuinely cares about people’s safety and not just doing a quick job. Josh went above and beyond for me today and I will never forget it. This kind of customer service is rare. Thank you so much, Josh. You truly made a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend this place because of people like him.

  Follow up from yesterday’s visit. I have now filed a complaint with consumer support! Because again why service someone’s vehicle knowing you weren’t the initial location where the vehicle was serviced. They never had any of my personal information on file even up to the point of filing the complaint because consumer solutions just added my information into their system for Al Curtis to contact me regarding this matter.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires, and a huge part of that was thanks to JR. From the moment I walked in, he was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, which immediately made the whole process less stressful. He took the time to explain what my car actually needed in a way that made sense, without talking down to me or pushing anything unnecessary. What really stood out was JR’s honesty and knowledge. He was upfront about my options, explained the pros and cons clearly, and made sure I understood what was urgent versus what could wait. It felt like he actually cared about helping me make the right decision, not just making a sale. That kind of transparency is hard to find and really appreciated. Because of JR, I left feeling confident in the work that was done and trusting of the team at Mavis Tires. I’d definitely recommend this location and specifically working with JR if you get the chance. Just look for the awesome Star Wars tattoos if you’re a geek like me!
