  My normal shop was not able to get me in for an inspection for 2 hrs and Mavis got me in right away for a good price. I will go to Mavis first from now on since they have proven they care about my time and can get me in and out quickly. Extra shoutout for great customer service by JR and ty

  After another mechanic diagnosed faulty inner and outer tie rod ends on my car and stressed that the parts must to be replaced before a wheel alignment could be performed, I took my car to Mavis at 2200 South Main Street in Wake Forest, NC. Fortunately, Jonathan and his team determined that nothing was wrong with the tie rod ends and rotated and aligned my tires without any problems. Thanks for saving me from unnecessary and expensive ($633.27 before taxes and shop fees) car repairs. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team for their honesty and professionalism.

  Very professional and kind ALL personal. Jonathon the manager was great as well!!! I would also like to add a very important note. This is a true statement. When I was in your facility having work done to my vehicle, a lady came into the garage. She spoke with one of your personnel and said that another garage said she needed all kinds of work done under her vehicle. She wanted a second opinion. I watched your employees going out to look at her vehicle. They told her she absolutely did not need all that work done. That they did not want to take her money. That showed me right there that you guys run a first class honest business of integrity and care. I will absolutely be back for future needs with my vehicles as well as my extended family.   My husband and I just went to Mavis to get our brakes checked. I’d been hearing some noises and was afraid the noise was coming from my brakes. We went to mavis as a precaution. Chris, our mechanic, drove my car to see if he could re-create the sound, when he couldn’t re-create it, he checked the brake pads just to be sure. He found nothing wrong with them. It was such a relief. He even showed us that our brake fluid was clear. Truly a great experience. Very professional service.

  Purchasing a used vehicle across the street at a dealership from this Mavis location in Wake Forest, NC. I called the manager to get a pre-purchase inspection before officially signing the final paperwork at the dealership. The manager and staff were very accommodating us on short notice. I would highly recommend this Mavis location due to their friendliness and willingness to put their customers first.
