  Absolutely stellar service and customer service. They kindly and professionally explained each service and parts needed and why then got to quick work on my vehicle. Oil change and brakes. Highly recommend this location for its team and their quality of work. I am a happy customer and will be a returning customer for future brake and maintenance services.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Mavis Tire. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They got my new tire mounted and installed incredibly quickly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond. I mentioned that I had a bad headlight bulb, and a Jiffy Lube down the road had told me replacing it would somehow reset my car’s computer and potentially cause me to fail inspection. That didn’t sit right with me. The team at Mavis took a look, swapped out the bulb without any drama, and reassured me there was no such issue. Sure enough, everything worked perfectly. On top of that, they recommended me to a nearby service shop for something else I needed, and that referral turned out to be just as great — quick, affordable, and professional. It’s rare to find a place that combines speed, honesty, and great customer service the way they do. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending Mavis to friends and family. Highly appreciated!

  I called to see if they had time to look at a tire that I had picked up a large bolt in. Joe was very warm and friendly and said "Of course, bring it by." Once I got there, they removed the bolt, patched the tire and I was ready to go in ~30 minutes. They treated me with courtesy and respect and were very friendly. I don't remember the guys names who patched the tire but they came out to tell me what they had done and showed me the bolt. I have been a customer since they opened. They are reasonable, fair and have earned my trust. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire in Wake Forest! The team diagnosed my issue incredibly fast and handled everything with professionalism and efficiency from start to finish. They took the time to give me a clear, thorough explanation of what was going on with my vehicle, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was not just how knowledgeable they were, but how kind and respectful everyone was throughout the entire process. The service was quick, stress free, and I was back on the road in under two hours. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for honest, skilled, and genuinely friendly service!

  Called over to the location before arrival and explained that service was covered due to a previous interaction. Spoke with Carlos he stated to bring the car in to have it serviced and would reach out to the manager and confirm the service to be completed without charge. They serviced my car then stated “oh this isn’t the location where you had the first initial service done” then stated that I had to pay $91 before they would release my vehicle. Called over to corporate and they were closed. Joseph stated that he spoke with corporate and they told him not to release my vehicle without payment.
