- JJJustin3 days ago1.0Absolutely TERRIBLE!! They have made my life a living HELL for the past MONTH. Went in to have all 4 breaks and rotors repaired and ended up having 3k worth of damage and was without a car for a month. I had to take my car to the dealership to be repaired. The dealership with photo and video evidence showed how terrible the service was. Fun fact they use ZIP TIES to hold your car together. Essentially anyone who works here practices unethical business practices, is putting you and others at risk. They are snakes and liars. Took it to Mavis and they took the tire off and properly checked and found a nail as long as my finger! I appreciate them for actually caring and taking the time!

My man - " Sweet Smiling Joe" - took great care of me - and helped walk me through a final selection of 4 new tires for my wife's Acura. I had done my research online - ( and narrowed it down to 3 selections) - and Joe walked me through the - " Inside Baseball" info. - of what would be the very best Top 2. I picked my #1 choice - and Joe got them shipped quickly - so that we can get them installed on Sunday. Once again, I got the warm-fuzzies from working with this location. Great Job guys!
- LLLoganOct 23, 20251.0Beware of the credibility of this location's reviews as they are bribing customers for them. I came in last week for a tire repair. I had an appointment. It took them an hour and a half to complete. I saw they finished my vehicle. After waiting for 20 minutes next to the checkout counter, a staff member finally came in after ignoring me standing there multiple times. I asked if my car was done, and he said yes. He proceeded to hand me the keys to another customers vehicle that was not even the same make as mine. As I went to pay, the staff member told me he would waive the cost as long as I left a review. I asked if I had to complete it in front of him, and he said yes. I declined, and I paid for the service. Making people complete reviews in front of you is not an honest view of the work being done or the customer's experience. Bathroom here was also in disrepair. Overall, I would not return as customer service did not appear to be a priority.
