- PAPierce Alexander2 days ago1.0This used to be the shop I go to for all my work, they are definitely more expensive than just about every shop around but I always felt like they do honest work. That's not the case anymore. Went in there for an issue they had previously quoted me for. Left my car for half a day and got a call saying that it would be $700 for $350 worth of work (got quotes from other local shops for this amount, and this would be the amount from their own original quote). They have a diagnostic fee of $190 which they conveniently forgot to tell me when I dropped the car off, the only way this fee would be discounted if I use them to do the already way overpriced work. This way they force you to use their shop. I expect unethical business practices like this from cheaper shops, but this is very surprising for this place considering the hefty premium they have on their services. I recommend staying clear of this place.

I took my car in for a tire rotation and alignment where I live in VA and came home with a car now making a loud noise that my VA location could not figure out how to fix, despite being the ones to cause the issue. I decided to take it to the Just Tires location in Wake Forest when visiting family for the holidays and where I’ve received great customer service before to see if they could diagnose and fix the issue. Mike said they would happily be the problem solver and they fit my car in and fixed the problem with no issues and honored Goodyear’s warranty for the faulty part the original location used. I dealt with a woman whose name I did not get but was very nice and professional when I came to pick my car up and wanted to make sure they received a great review for their excellent service and for fixing a problem that they did not create themselves. I will recommend this location to anyone in the future!
