  I bought 4 new tires here about a year ago. I have a slow leak on one of my tires and they said i didnt have road coverage and i would have to pay to get it fixed and would have to leave my car until the next day and pay for it. I went to Firestone and they will have it ready in one hour. I will never recommend or go back to Just Tire.

  Got a new set of tires put on. After a 3+ hour wait the car was done ( even though I had an appointment). But, I HAD AN ALIGNMENT COMPLETED THE WEEK BEFORE, miraculously my car was out of an alignment, and now it pulls to the left.(Again I had an alignment completed the week before at my dealership). They stated they put it on their machine and it was out. I'm positive they tampered with my alignment. And also someone broke my bright light switch. It was funny how everything quit working the night I picked my vehicle up!

  I had a great experience at Just Tires, with Mike, for new tires and an oil change. The staff was friendly, professional, and upfront about pricing and timing. They got me in and out quicker than expected, and everything was explained clearly without any pressure to upsell. My car drives noticeably smoother with the new tires, and it’s reassuring to know the oil change was done right. Clean shop, efficient service, and excellent customer care—I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto service.

  On February 10, I experienced a flat tire and drove to Just Tires in Wake Forest on a temporary spare (doughnut), expecting to have a replacement tire installed that day. The staff informed me that my specific tire size was not in stock and would need to be special-ordered. Since I was preparing to travel out of town, I scheduled an appointment for February 17 to have the tire installed upon my return. When I arrived today for the scheduled appointment, the team had no record of it, had not placed the order for the tire, and appeared unaware of any prior discussion. I was told they could not assist immediately and were too busy to even inspect or address the issue, offering only the option to wait indefinitely. This left me no choice but to leave without resolution and seek service elsewhere. The lack of follow-through on the appointment, failure to order the required tire, and absence of any effort to accommodate or resolve the situation was highly disappointing and unprofessional. I will not return to this location.

  Mark listened to my concerns with care. Tires ordered and ready to install as promised per my appointment. Lucky and Mike provided updates and status during the process. The shop found alignment was out and fixed this. The car had 215,000 miles. My first visit to this location was 2020. Waiting room was clean and the coffee was tasty. The TV to help pass the time was appreciated.
