Always seem to be under staffed though the staff is typically very friendly. Really annoying that an ad plays on the TV constantly saying how quick their 15 minute oil change is. I would probably turn it off as it only frustrates customers. I only come here because my vehicle is in a fleet program that uses Jiffy Lube.
