    This is a great place to be! The rental Branch Manager for Wakefield site, NC Ms Brown was helpful in picking me up when my car was totaled. Ms Brown make me feel like family and I will always use Enterprise cars again. I enjoyed four weeks of amazing comfort while waiting for repairs on my car. Thank you very much.

    Using Enterprise during a vehicle repair was fabulous!! The team was very helpful and courteous. Although the insurance company paid for the rental, the pricing was still great. I will use enterprise in the future!

    I used this Enterprise as my vehicle was in for body repairs. The customer service was great when I picked up the vehicle. Fyi to customers: take your own photos of any damage on your rental. Days after dropping the rental off, I received an invoice by email stating damages owed by me for close to $2,000. I went to this store immediately and they would not discuss the matter with me at all, quite rude. Told me I had to call the damage department. I had to put a dispute in since they told me the damage was not there when I picked up the vehicle. Then a day or so later, I get a call saying the damage was noted under that vehicle, just not in my reservation. This seems sneaky to me. Be careful.

    My family and I have been loyal Enterprise customers for over a decade, but my experience at this location was by far the worst I’ve ever had. I arrived needing a full-size vehicle for a planned weekend trip. I was told only one full-size car was available, and after waiting for it to be “cleaned,” the attendant brought me a vehicle that was filthy. The car had a strong odor, visible dog hair on the seats and floors, and the oil life was at 10%. I have asthma and a dog-hair allergy, so I asked if the car could be cleaned again. The attendant said he would take care of it and returned about 10 minutes later. The seats had been shampooed but were still completely wet, and there was still dog hair left in the vehicle. Because I needed a full-size vehicle and was told this was my only option unless I went to another location (which I didn’t have time to do), I took the car. Shortly after driving it, I began having an allergic reaction. After speaking with several Enterprise representatives, I was finally advised to take the vehicle to the RDU airport for an exchange. This was extremely inconvenient, but necessary because of my health. Before I could even get to the airport, the vehicle broke down on an exit ramp. The next day, I called the location and spoke with Jonica (“Jo”), who said she was the general manager. She was dismissive of the entire situation and repeatedly emphasized that Enterprise was “not at fault” for the breakdown, despite the clear lack of maintenance. When I asked for the regional manager’s contact information, she told me there was no phone number and placed me on hold for 30 minutes when I asked for an email. When she finally returned, she claimed she had taken me off hold earlier and “didn’t hear me,” which was simply not true. Her dishonesty and lack of empathy were incredibly disappointing. From being given a filthy, poorly maintained vehicle, to experiencing an allergic reaction, to having the car break down on the road, to the dismissive and unprofessional customer service, this entire experience was unacceptable. I will absolutely not be returning to this location, and this experience has caused me to reconsider renting from Enterprise altogether.
