  ⚠️ Thinking about buying from Fun Cycles, Inc.? You might want to read this first. We bought a brand new bike less than 3 months ago and have already had ongoing issues getting it to run reliably. For what we paid plus how new the bike is, I don’t think it’s right we just have a bike sitting that can’t be raced. We went back hoping for help and somehow left even more frustrated. We felt brushed off, couldn’t get clear answers, and getting real help from any of the employees felt way harder than it should have been. We felt as though we were basically being told to just keep the bike and deal with it, which isn’t right in our books. Then we’re told it’s about $110/hour just to look at it, and repairs might not even happen until later in April. I mean sure, we’ll just let the bike sit and continue making payments on it all while not being able to race with it. The lady in service dept is the rudest person I’ve encountered in a while. We were also told one thing over the phone about diagnostics being covered but couldn’t get it in writing to help us feel better about brining the bike back. All we wanted was a reliable bike that wouldn’t leave us DNF in races each time. Unfortunately, that’s all we’ve gotten. At this point, we regret the purchase based on our experience and won’t be going back. We may also be reaching out to KTM about our experience with this KTM dealer. Take that however you want.

  This place sucks people are rude. Not helpful at all. And apparently to busy to help anyone who isn't already a customer. I would definitely avoid this place.

  Best customer service around! If your looking for family friendly options for recreational vehicles of all kinds drop in for a look around. Two floors of all kinds of rides. Great selection and these folks can put ya behind the wheels of something 👍

  Pulled a bait and switch on my father and I after agreeing to pay for a certain year and model and paying on it for a few years they sold the model out from under us that we were paying on to then make us pay more for a newer model in a color completely opposite from camo to bright yellow. Trash company.
