  I had to stop here for an emergency a few weeks ago. I was driving to Western North Carolina, and my oil light came on. I had to make an emergency stop, and that was the closest auto Store to me. I stopped in and the employees were incredibly helpful. When I got there, I told them that my oil light came on and they immediately came out and checked my oil, and Told me that it was low than that the dealership probably forgot to put something back on. They got me 2 quarts of oil and put Them in my car. They told me that they wouldn’t drive anywhere on it and would take it to the dealership. One of the guys even called the local car dealership for my car and asked if they would take me. They really went above and beyond. As a woman that doesn’t know much about cards, they didn’t treat me like I was stupid, but they helped me out. Definitely lifesaver. They even waited with me for the tow truck driver to come. The names of the guys were Joe Roger’s, Ron, and Tiras.

  Came here to get my car diagnosed and get some recommendations on what to do next. The guy working the counter took his time, ran the scan, and actually explained what the codes meant instead of just throwing parts at me. I didn’t feel rushed or talked down to, which I appreciated. He gave me a couple options on how to approach the repair depending on budget and urgency, not just the most expensive fix. The store was clean, parts were easy to find, and overall it felt like they genuinely wanted to help, not just make a quick sale. I’d come back here again if my car decides to act up.

  Very helpful and fast. Installed a new brake light in like 3 minutes and chatted about my other car questions.

  I was so grateful for the very helpful gentleman at AutoZone this evening!! My car battery died on a very cold night, and I had a carload of kids, and my husband was out of town. Luckily, it died right next to AutoZone, and Ron came over and jumped it off for free - I can’t tell you how much that meant!

  I came in for a replacement coolant bypass hose, which was not in stock, but the guy working there hooked me up with an extra hose they had in their shop for FREE. Very friendly. Great customer service!
